Spa Policies:
Appointments:  We require all appointments of to be guaranteed by a credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Gift Card:  Our gift cards are an ideal gift for any occasion.  rumi simone gift cards do not expire. Purchases will be deducted from the card until its value reaches zero. Gift cards may not be returned, applied as payment for another gift card or redeemed for cash. If the gift card is lost or stolen it can be replaced with a new gift card for the remaining value with the origional rumi sione receipt.  Phone and Web orders are available. Note additional restrictions on gift cards that have been contributed through promotions, auctions and contributions.

Cancellations:  We require 24 hours notice to canel or change a scheduled appointment to avoid a charge to your credit card. Appointments reserved and cancelled within 24 hour policy subject to a 50% service charge. See Assistant Director for group policies.

Check-in:  At a minimum, please arrive 25 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment allowing time for spa consultation form, shower and change. Steam and sauna available in women's locker room. Should you arrive late, your allotted time may be shortened to allow us to stay on schedule.

Children:  As a courtesy to other clients, we are unable to render services to guests accompanied by children.

Cell Phones and Pagers:    As the sps is one of the last remaining sanctuaries of silence and serenity please follow our policy of no cell phone or texting. rumi smone provides a relaxing environment for all to enjoy.

Gratuities:    In appreciation for outstanding service, gratuities may be given to the staff at your discretion.

Spa Finders:   We gladly accept Spa Finder gift certificates for spa services. Spa Finders are not applicable for salon services, gratuity, or spa lunch. Please call us for black out dates and restrictions.

rumi simone return policy:
It is important at rumi simone that you are satisfied with your purchase. We can sample most products you may be considering for purchase and are happy to do so.

If you should need to return an item, you may return regular priced, non-seasonal merchandise within 10 days of purchase for a full refund; minus the shipping charges should they apply.  A receipt must accompany the returned item and the product must be in pre-sale condition.
